The Helpdesk, based at The Matchworks in Liverpool, plays a key role in delivering essential services to RPC Central. Trained agents handle a vast number of customer calls and requests, carry out thousands of tasks and manage complex administrative processes; whilst making 100% customer satisfaction their goal. The majority of the team have been with CarillionEnterprise from the start of the RPC contract, allowing the Helpdesk as a whole to retain vital contractual knowledge.
