Minor New Works (MNW)

Minor New Works refers to any additional customer funded work injected into the Core Services contract through the MNW electronic system. A Minor New Work task is defined as an item of work carried out to adapt or extend the estate to meet the operational requirements of the customer. It could be a change in the function of the asset (e.g. from hangar to workshop) or an additional asset. Minor New Works are injected tasks which have an unlimited value (£1 - £ millions); and are based on an agreed Statement of Need between CarillionEnterprise and their Customer.
