CarillionEnterprise appoints Service Control Manager for Regional Prime Contract Central
Barry McBrion has been appointed service control manager at the help desk for CarillionEnterprise’s Regional Prime Contract (RPC) Central for the Ministry of Defence. CarillionEnterprise Ltd is a 50:50 joint venture between support services and construction company Carillion and support service company Enterprise.
CarillionEnterprise signed the Regional Prime Contract Central on the 3rd November 2005. The contract is due to officially begin in April 2006 and is worth in excess of £500m. The seven-year contract comprises the maintenance, new build and refurbishment of around 8,500 buildings and other infrastructure from the Scottish border, through the North of England to the Humber, Midlands and throughout Wales.
Barry will play a key role in running the help desk, which will be fully operational by the beginning of April and located in Speke, near Liverpool.
Barry has many years public sector order management experience and joins us from Enterprise-Liverpool, Enterprise's highly successful joint venture with Liverpool City Council.
Barry will be supported in the efficient running of the Helpdesk service by Jean McWilliam (Helpdesk Manager) and Thomas Crilly (Scheduling Manager) and their teams, who are all based out of our new facility in Speke.
