Mobilisation Complete – Helpdesk Launched

Today, RPC Central began full service delivery with the phased transfer of sites throughout the month in the same order as with TUPE in January. A major feature of this is the launch of the new help desk facility located in Speke near Liverpool, which is now fully operational

The RPC Central Helpdesk plays a key role in delivering essential services to the MOD estate across the Central region.

Here, our trained agents use the latest technology to handle a vast range of calls and requests, carry out thousands of tasks and manage complex administrative processes. Whether customers want to report a fault, log a complaint, report sick, or record an accident, they now have just the one single point of contact.

The help desk uses an automated telephone system to record all calls received, providing accurate, real time data on call volumes and statistics.

We use a proven system called WorkManager to enter all work requests, assign specifics tasks to the correct trade, and schedule the work to be completed and monitor contract compliance.
