Project Works

Project Works also known as Core Works are the major construction work carried out by CarillionEnterprise on MOD estate. Core Work projects are large value projects where specialist additional project management teams are brought in from Carillion. So a gym extension could be done by the CarillionEnterprise in-house team whereas an entirely new sports centre would be done by a specialised Core Works team.

Core Works is a successful part of the RPC Contract; this is down to the strong working relationships between Defence Estates, CarillionEnterprise and the Customer- without the collaborative approach to all Core Works projects could not have been achieved.

The successful delivery of Core Works is primarily dependent on a dedicated Core Works team which oversees all the Projects and engages the Resources from Carillion Building and their Supply Chain.  These include aspects of Project Management, Commercial Management and Design Management together with a Defence Experienced team of Consultants and Specialists. This has enabled CarillionEnterprise to develop and construct Core Works Projects throughout the Regional Prime Contract Central Area, to meet the Customers requirements.
