About CarillionEnterprise

We are a Regional Prime Contractor for the MOD. Prime Contracting is vital to the MOD's vision for an Estate of the right size and quality, which is managed and developed effectively in line with acknowledged best practice, and is sensitive to social and environmental considerations. We are committed to helping the MOD realise that vision through collaboration and innovation.

We deliver this through

  • An innovative business model, in which many services are provided by independent local companies known as Direct Service Providers (DSPs). This model incentivises individual performance and encourages both continuity of people and consistency of standards.
  • A proven system - WorkManager - which offers 360° visibility of all activities and costs, integrated directly with MOD systems, to help drive and develop best practice.
  • Exceptional sustainability. Our sustainable approach to construction and facilities management is achieving long-term value for money and strong environmental responsibility.
